Finally done with my check-up with my hematologist at The Medical City Hospital.  She stopped my medication but Aspilet, my blood thinner I still have to take every day. Next February, I will go back to her. My appointment with my nephrologist is scheduled by January so I have the whole season of Advent and Christmas free from doctor visits and laboratory tests.

Yay, I have a healthy and appropriate weight of 124 lbs. for my height and age. I occasionally eat rice now but once a day I eat Shirataki rice. Apples, wheat bread, sweet potato,  chicken breast and greens are my staple now. It is sometimes hard to control eating what is not healthy for diabetics but I am learning. I miss cakes and ice cream…haha!

Have a blessed and happy weekend. Looking forward to Monday when December starts.🌲🌷🍂🏕🎄
