What could you do less of?
Sometimes, it is self-doubt that eats me. Considering my health problems now, I am so conscious of the days that I need more laboratory tests. It is a regular thing every four months. My previous endocrinologist has finally resigned from The Medical City Clinic so I have to go back to the one endorsed by my nephrologist at The Medical City Hospital.
I do get cold feet when the results are in and still my blood sugar is elevated.
I could do less of worrying and be more thankful for every blessing that comes into my life.
Every new day is a good day, Arlene … ππ

It is human nature to worry. I’m sure ancient humans worried that the sun might not rise the next day. What we have learned since is that worrying changes nothing. It will happen anyway.
Best wishes, Pete.
