I still can’t believe it. DEMOCRACY in our country is lost.
So many voters in several areas were not able to vote because of so many Voters Counting Machines which were so defective. Yet, Comelec didn’t even have the guts to replace or repair them.
You won’t believe this too. In two hours, unofficial counts had marcos leading by the millions, obviously, the results were pre-programmed. SD cards could be changed, right? Some say it was even faster than the US. With all the commissioners appointed by duterte from Davao and with chinese businessman Dennis Uy providing all the election paraphernalia ( a close ally of duterte), RIGGING IS A DONE DEAL. Marcos VP is the daughter of duterte.
I am not bitter but sad. People had a glimpse of a better opportunity for change but they chose to stay in the dark.
LORD, I need a hugππππ
Sending hugs. I know how you feel. In 2016, I was heartbroken. Itβs so sad that majority of Filipinos do not expect much from candidates in terms of education, public service and modicum of morality. I believe it was Thomas Jefferson who said, βThe government you elect is the government you deserve.β π₯²π₯²π₯²

You know one thing Dee kaya nagpumilit because he owes the government 203b in taxes. Ang lagay ignore na lang. No qualification good enough to run the country, a liar at pamilya ng magnanakaw. I read somewhere that they had a Chinese IT expert to do the dirty job.

Hopefully Dee, JP Morgan where my son works put the Phillipines at the bottom of the ladder. Maybe BPOs who were the lifeblood of the economy even during the pandemic will follow. They don’t want a Marcos presidency.

Thank you, thank you. We lost someone who could and would bring us to a better Philippines. There are rumors that they hired a chinese expert to do the job, the result would be 3x higher than Robredo and one can ‘t trace it because the places where the returns came from could not be traced. I think the only thing we should have is a manual counting, that’s tedious. Thanks again Caro.

Sending you lots of love and hope for the future, Arlene! Itβs depressing to watch democracies get destroyed around the world. And for what? For oligarchs and super rich to line their pockets and suppress the rest of us. πββοΈ

Sending sympathy and virtual hugs, Arlene. Many countries in the world seem to be suffering from having a corrupt government, even here in Britain.
Best wishes, Pete.

Thank you Pete. So disappointing that some people still chose to vote a cheater, a liar and a tax evader. They haven’t learned from history because of revisionism from the camp of another marcos. It’s why he never participated in any presidential debates because maybe he was so sure of himself to win. Planted, after two hours 50% was already counted in his favor. SO FAST TRANSMISSION, whereas in other precincts, some voters spent overnight guarding their ballots because of defective voters counting machines. Filipinos never learn, they rely on Tiktok and false and spliced videos on YouTube.
Sad isn’t it?

Thank you so much Deb. There are reports that there was cheating. They hired chinese IT to do the job.

Iβm sure there probably was cheating, especially if Chinese IT was involved. π¦

Yes, they are so obvious. The result were manipulated in the presidential down to senatorial level. Know what, the number one in their quick count is an actor who doesn’t know anything about politics and is a college dropout. Plunderers who have been jailed during Pres. Aquino’s time were also re-elected. They ignored those who are much qualified to win but who belong to the opposition.
