What food would you say is your specialty?
Ayayay, Filipino food of course – adobo, sinigang (fish or meat), pancit (miki, guisado,canton, bihon, pancit Malabon) bulanglang (mixed veggies), ginisang monggo. Not to be left behind are lumpiang shanghai (ground pork or ground chicken breast) or veggie spring rolls. I need not elaborate because I cook all these now and then.
