At first, you hesitate

To choose which road to take.

Two forks in the road.

You closed your eyes for a while

Savouring scents and sounds

The chirping of the sparrows

The croaks of the frogs

The sound of leaves falling

When you opened your eyes.

You chose the narrow road before you.

The road you took

Showed a lovely vista

Nature brings such joy to your heart.

I had my CBC lab this afternoon with platelet count. Since  the test does not need fasting, I went to The Medical City Clinic at 1pm. It was fast. They told me to come back after an hour for the lab results. I am so glad that my platelet count came out normal after more than a year of treatment and several visits to a hematologist. I requested for an appointment with the latter next Friday. Last September, she prescribed 2 months worth of taking Krabinex (Hydroxyurea)  which will end in two days. When I did my research, I found out that it is actually a chemotherapy drug. My platelet level used to be at 550, a month ago, it was 500 then  when I looked at the result this afternoon, it was 414 and there was no more indication of high platelet count. Krabinex lowers platelets. Thank you Lord.🥰🥰🥰

I am hoping I won’t need to take it anymore, one less prescription that I need not buy, it was a costly medication.
