Looking forward to Nate’s competition this Saturday, the 2024 Luzon Inter-School Taekwondo Championship to be held in Lingayen, Pangasinan, around four to five hours trip from Manila. He will be participating in two events – Kyorugi and Poomsae.
Poomsae are patterns that demonstrate a range of kicking, punching and blocking techniques while Kyorugi is sparring, a free-form fight between two people subject to strict rules to avoid injuries and to ensure a fair competition.

Good luck to Nate! Win or lose, he is in the sport and trying his best. That’s all that matters in the long run.
Best wishes, Pete.
