I asked Josef to accompany me to Globe Telecom at the Sta. Lucia Mall to have one of my cellphones converted back to prepaid. The only reason why I availed the postpaid account for more than a year was because I wanted to retain my old number without needing to go to the bank to change my enrolled phoneline and updating contacts again with a new SIM. They have approved it and it would take two to three days before I could load it.
Since we have an internet connection at home, the only time I use my postpaid plan is when I am out of the house. I seldom use it for texting too because I use Messenger. The monthly payment for postpaid transaction is heavy on the pocket, just being practical.
Josef and I had lunch at KFC then we dropped by the munisipyo to get my free medicines. The four kinds of medication they give is a nice help to my other expensive medicines. I have sorely missed going out because the only places I regularly visit are the hospital, my doctors, lab tests at The Medical City Clinic and the supermarket. One thing though, I dreaded the traffic going out specially that it is nearing Christmas. Years ago, we could reach Sta. Lucia Mall in thirty minutes but now it takes an hour from our place.
Dull life? No! I still, enjoy staying at home always enjoying peace and quiet.
