Managing Screen Time

How do you manage screen time for yourself?

I  always set a time for it since I manage a page and two Catholic groups at Facebook. Early morning is the best time to update such sites. Besides, I am alwaýs excited to check my Memories app. It is nice to go back and read what I have written several years ago and collect random photos of Nate and upload them in one album, there are several photos through the years that I have shared but not included in some albums. I could not copy them on hard drive because I just use  tabs and cellphones. I got two each.😍

How could I abandon WordPress? I read e-books now so I am always using my tab.
