Do you ever see wild animals?

Not much!

The only time I’ve seen them was at the Manila Zoo years and years ago. When Nissa was not married yet, we tried visiting the Ark Avilon Zoo in Tiendesitas, Pasig City and that’s where I’ve seen all those wild animals. There was this trained friendly orangutan where you could take pictures with. I remember having a shot with a white cockatoo. These were just my experiences with wild animals.

Happy Saturday

Just done attending the Saturday mass of Advent online. Since I am hard of hearing and my hearing aids (despite that it is a so expensive pair) are just loud when inside a place full of people, I always opt to hear mass online.

Yesterday, Josef helped me remove my pink Angel plant which became so invasive over the years. We have freed a clear space of about 2m by 1m which is ideal for planting sweet potato tops. My Monsterra Deliciosa planted in a pot before has invaded the soil where I put the pot. Its trunk has grown as big as my arms. I know it is a very expensive plant but I will try to propagate it through cuttings. Some varieties even cost P50K in Lazada. A sapling is more than a thousand. Underneath the dried stems and leaves of the pink Angel were several snake plants that were covered. The problem is I don’t have enough soil to use. Need to order online for loam soil.

I went back reading William Kent Krueger. The Devil’s Bed, is a haunting conspiracy and political stand-alone thriller. I have always loved his books specially his mystery series which I completed reading  a few months ago.
