First Sunday of Advent, lovely colors in the Mass, love the Advent hymns too.

Looking forward to it Elizabeth. I’d like to have an advent wreath at the center table but with Oreo around, he would just play with it. There are special prayers for each Sunday of Advent especially fo the family.

My granddaughter’s seventh grade class is in charge of the wreath making this weekend. Lots of branches, florist’s foam , ribbons and candles to dole out to families. Great fun. I understand why with Oreo it would be a bad idea.
