An eye-catching, double-petaled Bougainvillea. Bougainvillea blooms always remind me of summer, those lazy days when staying in the garden early in the morning is a reward in itself. And seeing this lovely fusion of fuchsia colors makes me smile.

Yes, I see lots of it whenever I visit California. We do get plenty of sun during the warm months, but it doesn’t like snow and ice in the winter.

There are so many varieties out there. Some even make Bonsai out of them.

They are amazing! They bloom profusely even if you don’t water them in Summer. They adorn my fence and I love looking at them. But I’d like to get that variety which you showed.
