Dead to the world!
I can’t help but react when I’ve seen this photo of Nate at the church during the 50th wedding anniversary of his paternal grandparents a month ago.ย The sleep of a tired five-year old kid ๐ I like it though.
They even went swimming the day before the event. He was probably tired practicing his role as ring bearer.
Compare the first photoย to theย last two, the playful side of Nate showing through.
Ah, the peaceful sleep of innocent youth. No cares or concerns to disturb his slumber. ๐
Best wishes, Pete.

My grandson can fall asleep like that in the middle of church.

Kids wouldn’t really mind sleeping anywhere. that’s what’s so good about being one.

My daughter once fell asleep over her dinner and landed face down on her spaghetti. She was about 1 and 1/2.

Understandable for small kids like that Elizabeth. She must have felt so sleepy and can’t help it.
