Coming to this
I learned that
Life ought to be lived
The best you know how.
Just sometimes –
You swim not knowing
when to reach the shore
But flowing with the tide
Has its rewards,
A rich blessing of
Coming to terms with yourself
Once more.
Very nice. Thanks, Arlene.
Best wishes, Pete.

I hope that you enjoy them, Arlene. I am going through a fiction phase at the moment, and have two more short stories in draft!

Arlene, check out the latest book of poems by Mary Oliver: Felicity. She used simple words in all her poems but profound. So nice.
