My Mokara orchids are blooming nonstop, same with my Hoya. I noticed two more buds while the last bloom is drying up. It’s such a joy to watch them unfold into lovely blooms. When you are lucky to have Nature’s gifts, you can’t help but smile. I am using most of my shots to make quotes for our Catholic page at Facebook. This is one of them.
Beautiful orchid! What you said is true. This is why cutting words, though they seem harmless actually dishearten human spirits. Thank God for positive thoughts like yours that come just in time! =>

Every year , mom always buys orchids. We enjoy the plant with the flowers the whole summer long… then we just wait for it to die in winter. Then we buy again. Plant business here in the US is a multi billion dollar industry. We have instant garden every year. In winter, they die off…. it’s a circle.

That’s sad that they have to die. Yes, orchids flowers stay long, more like a month but orchids are sun-loving plants and thrive well in dry areas. At least during spring there, you have lots of blooms to admire and choose from.
Thanks Ren. Have a nice day 🙂
