And since it’s dad’s birthday today (may he rest in peace), I prepared one of his favorite dish – pasta with fruit salad for dessert. I bought 500-gram pack bow tie pasta and half a kilo of ground pork, then added a cup of cream and thinly sliced parsley.
Ready to go into the oven just to melt the cheese.
Baked it for 15 minutes..Hmm…yummy!
And this added a special touch to the dish.
