What you would do to stay healthy and to release those unwanted toxic substances in your body. I’ve been looking for alternative cure since I’ve finished my six rounds of chemotherapy last December. Yes, fruits and vegetables are healthy but there is a healthier alternative that one of my friends told me a few days ago.
She has been drinking it for the last three years since she was diagnosed with Stage 1 thyroid cancer and she swears by the efficacy of the moringa juice. I tried doing the concoction this morning. What you will need are the following to extract at least one and a half glass of the juice.
three cups of fresh malunggay leaves (moringa leaves)
1 glass of water
2 tbsp. honey
3 slices of fresh pineapple or any fruit that you want
It may take sometime for one to get acquainted with the taste but I guess, you can add a little more honey or fruit to your liking.
We are proposed quasi project to plant and use Moringa stenopetal at farmers’ level in Oromya zone, in fact, Moringa has some active ingredients against mosquito larvae if you are in a position to offer me some text or material you are highly regarded, U can send through

Reblogged this on Truth Matters and commented:
We could create our own moringa juice from fresh malunggay if we had the source, and if we had the time. For the less blessed, there are time-saving products available in the Philippines such as barley capsules and the instant juice VitaPlus. Meanwhile, this excellent write-up about malunggay juice explains some truths.

Thank you for reblogging this. I highly appreciate it so people may know of this veggie which has so many nutritional and medicinal values. I’ve seen bread products and some noodles certified with moringa. It is so easy to grow malunggay in our own backyards and hopefully, everyone would appreciate this plant.

I’ve been drinking VitaPlus. It has moringa and more. It’s easy and convenient. I bring a sachet of juice with me anywhere I go and instead of ordering expensive drinks in restaurants, I just ask for water and pour the powdered juice and voila I have a health drink with me.

What a good way to keep healthy Louela! Thanks for your lovely comments. Moringa is now being used even in breads and pastries but they say that it is more effective when you drink it fresh.

Patrick, here in our country, there are Moringa juice on sale (bottled ones) but I think it is better if you use the fresh leaves, just put them in a blender, add any fruit that you want and that’s it.

thanks for this info, i have been trying to search about how to make juice out of malunggay, because we have so many mallungay in our area and most often we just throw away unused leaves. I know there are many things we can do with it considering the fact that it is good for our health….

You can try this, put honey or a little sugar. It is one of the best anti-oxidants that we can find in our backyard.

Hello Arlene,
Just stumbled-upon your moringa juice. I’m a 32-year old male from the Philippines! I’m healthy and robust and want to keep it that way for long time – to be able to play with my grand children without that aches and pains.
A few years back, I was a smoker, drinker and a workaholic on a stressful, rat-race environment called the “IT Industry”. Then one day, I just had an epiphany, after watching some youtube cancer and terminal illness videos.
Those changed my view in life. I began to change my eating habits, and quit my smoking – instantly! No cold-turkey here, as in instant. I just kept those images in mind, that If I continued my toxic lifestyle – I’ll be dead in some years!
I began to exercise, and found my bliss through cycling. I began to lose weight and felt this confidence I never felt before – I feel really good! And one of the most important component of my change – Fruit and Vegetable Juice and Smoothie!
My formula:
(Exercise + Good Sleep + No Vice + Good Positive Outlook in Life + Vitamins and Supplements + Vegetable and Fruit Juice ) * 7 days = GOOD – EXCELLENT HEALTH
My Juice Formula: 1 big cup of Malunggay leaves and / or Spinach leaves + 3 carrots + 1 apple + 1 cucumber + 1 stock celery + 1 ginger + optional (lemon, calamansi, other fruits)
Blend this and drink
Drink before any meal
Drink 2-3 times a day
Note: This might be the best energy drink out there!
Thanks, Mabuhay!

Glad to meet you Bryan and it’s nice to know that you’ve found a way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It is hard to get sick. I haven’t tried those combinations yet but I eat a lot of steamed okra and saluyot. They are excellent anti-oxidant too. Thanks for the tips and for visiting my blog.
